Explore was built as a tool to support leaders in running all-hands meetings and goal check-ins, and for preparing for one to ones, team reviews, even board meetings.
Explore is one of the pages on the app where you can view all goals, past, present and future. You can easily filter goal data by all goals, milestone goals and multi-quarter goals or by user, team, role, function or status by using the filter set. By clicking on the filter button, you can Explore your organisation's goal data.
The filter set allows you to drill down into team goals and/or user goals, change the status or review a specific function over time. When the filter button is blue, this indicates a filter has been applied to the data.
As well as a snapshot of the goal data that meets the filter criteria, the individual goals are also displayed in a list view. The list can be sorted by due date or progress by clicking the sort buttons and data can be re-ordered by date descending or ascending by clicking the arrow next to the date heading.
You can post to a goal channel, view outcomes and if you are the assignee or a collaborator, edit the goal and outcomes right in explore as well as add task on the fly. This layout makes it easy for leaders to quickly run through a goal health check with their team or prepare for a catch-up by looking at what a person or team has been working on and how they have progressed with each goal.
