What is Waymaker Academy

Waymaker Academy is our Learning Management System (LMS). We’ve created a load of great courses and certifications to help you learn how to get the best out of Waymaker. You can learn in your own time, wherever you are, on any device. And the best thing about it... they're free!

We recommend starting with Foundations of Waymaker. It is ideal for first-time users of the platform. 

You'll gain a general overview of the entire platform, the big picture on why Waymaker and how it can help you grow. The course covers:

• What is Waymaker
• The Waymaker platform
• Diagnostic overview
• Roadmap overview
• OKRs overview
• Channels overview
• Dashboards overview
• Admin

There's other courses there too... Lead effective meetings, Wayamaker's experience curve, Vision: Build on purpose... the list goes on!

How to access Wayamaker Academy

To access the Academy click the settings icon in the top right then select Waymaker Academy. You can also access Waymaker Support form here too.

A new tab will open in your browser and Wayamaker Academy will load. The first time you try to access Wayamker Academy a pop up will appear explaining that your login details are the same as your Waymaker login details and to ensure cookies are not being blocked by your browser. Click "I Understand" then "Continue".

The first time you access Wayamker Academy from Waymaker you will be required to login. Whenever you access Academy subsequently, you will land on your home page.

If your browser is blocking cookies your access to academy and the knowledgebase from Waymaker will be impacted. If you do not want to allow cookies you can access Waymaker Academy manually at the link below. Your login details will still be the same as your Waymaker login details.
