30/04/21 - Improvement to Diagnostic & Admin modules

On 30/04/21 we made some improvements to the following modules:

• Diagnostic
• Admin

Diagnostic Module

We’ve reduced the time it takes to complete the diagnostic by 55%.

Enhancements:

1. The diagnostic question set has been translated into plain English making the questions easier to read and understand, reducing the time it takes to respond. AS an example, “The problem our organisation solves has significant value or there is a significant number of people with this problem.” has been updated to “The problem we solve is valuable”.
2. Diagnostic process workflows have been optimised and redirected to queue and run in the backend. This adjustment has reduced the process time to capture and record data and for a user to progress through the diagnostic question set.

Admin Module

2 process workflows have been updated in the Admin module. The account sign up and add user process workflows have been moved to queue and run in the backend to optimise process speed.

Enhancements:

1. Sign up process workflow has been redirected to queue and run in the backend. This adjustment has reduced the process time to create a new account and associated records.
2. New user process workflow has been redirected to queue and run in the backend. This adjustment has reduced the process time to create a new user and associated records.
