The Explore dashboard allows you to filter goal data by role, team, user, function and status and then provides an aggregated view of the filtered data. You can also update your goals and outcomes directly from within the Explore dashboard.
Explore was built around the idea of leaders using explore to run their meetings. With a few clicks you can quickly filter the data to see what you need to for the meeting, whether it be a team meeting, a one to one or a retrospective.
Explore provides an easy-to-digest snapshot of the team's overall goal health.
And with a quick look through the list of goals you can quickly establish where roadblocks could be and remove them.
During the meeting, any updates made to outcomes or tasks will be visible immediately, and the changes can be made from the dashboard page so you can control the updates.
